What does my hard earned cash actually get me?

All our cards feature large, intricately handmade components that pop up on opening in full colour. Designed to surprise and make people laugh. The card is your gift (other than yourself, of course).

You can also detach most of the pop ups from the cards, and keep them as little decorations. Hang them on your Christmas tree or display T-rect in the bathroom perhaps.

Your loved ones won't forget opening these cards any time soon!

Question 2

What if my order is missing information or I forget to add something?

Oh you silly dill! If you accidentally make a mistake when ordering, i.e. wrong delivery address or misspell something, please let us know via email (hello@unhingedgifts.com) or live chat as soon as possible. If your glorious order has not yet been fulfilled we can normally remedy the mistake for you, you spud. Unfortunately if the order has already been processed and/or dispatched we can no longer make any amendments.

What's inside the card?

Other than the exceptionally outrageous and hilarious 3D, pop up art?! What more could you want?!
All our pop up all cards also include a blank, internal, pull out card and you can add a personal note onto this. You will see a bright hand pointing and this will pull out the little card inside.

You can also detach most of the pop ups from the cards, and keep them as little decorations. Hang them on your Christmas tree or display on the mantle for ever lasting lols!

What if my gift never arrives?

Oh no! A lost and lonesome card, our greatest fear. If this has happened please email us (hello@unhingedgifts.com) ((hello@unhingedgifts.com))and we will look into it for you.
 
Please keep in mind that postage delays are outside our control, but we will always do our best to help you!

Cards are delivered by Aus Post and can sometimes be hiding amongst your daily letters/mail instead of with your parcel deliveries. Please ensure you check these areas, particularly if going to businesses or if there are communal areas where letters are dropped etc.

Are you nice to the Earth?

You bet ya! All our fun cards are made from FSC certified, sustainable, high grade & responsibly sourced paper. All paper stock is carefully picked so that it can be approved by the Forest Stewardship Council, this does mean the paper costs more but it protects forests and all their cute little critters.

You can then recycle all of our cards! Including the scream cards just please dispose of the battery separately via a battery recycling bin.

Many of the 3D pop ups can also be detached so you can keep & display the cheeky devil as a memorable decoration or hang on your Christmas tree!

Finally wherever possible, we use carbon neutral couriers 🚚
